Introduction

    A series of talks and a tutorial on fixed-parameter and exact algorithms will be given at, National Chung Cheng University (Chiayi), National Tsing Hua University (Hsinchu), National Dong Hwa University (Hualien), and Institute of Information Science, Academia Sinica, Taiwan. All students and teachers who are interested in the talks and tutorial are welcome to attend and join the discussion on various aspects of Fixed-Parameter and Exact Algorithms.
